Sonne” aufgebe. Es klang meist so, wenn ich
Millionär wäre, würde ich doch nicht zurückkommen.
Admittedly, when I was still in the professional stress
of my law firms, I also had the thought,
if I could, I would hit the sack, go
to the Caribbean and spend the rest of my life on the beach.
What's so different now that I'm going back to work?
Before I explain this in more detail, I would like to point out that due to the emotional
connotation of the word millionaire, most people
can no longer do the math properly, or don't
do it at all. Most people think that a millionaire
can afford everything and doesn't have to work.
Here is a simple calculation for citizens in Germany, but this
is likely to be similar in other German-speaking countries:
A Hartz IV recipient - family with 2 children
receives over 1.800,-.
A million invested today brings approx. 2% interest,
which corresponds to 20.000,- per year and only 1.666,- per month,
from which taxes and insurances have to be deducted
.
So, if you only have a million in your account,
you live worse than a Hartz IV recipient and
still have to witness how inflation reduces the value of the
money you have invested.
You have to have many millions today if you want
to go into voluntary unemployment and
live off your assets for many years. And here
we already have the next misconception. Again and again
I come across the idea that if you have a lot of money,
you don't have to do anything.
Mistake, the work is just different.
Everyone has seen how bankers can destroy money
. So what do you actually
do with the money so that it bears fruit? As a rule, you
have to learn something. And then manage the assets
. So you also have to work, because otherwise the money
is quickly gone again, as is the case with most millionaires.
It is well known, for example, that around 80% of lottery millionaires
have lost their money in just a few years. This can also be observed with artists,
athletes, networkers who make a lot of money very quickly,
.
As Kiyosaki, author of the book series
Rich Dad, Poor Dad, always says:
If you have no money, you have problems,
and if you are rich, you also have problems.
“Can’t buy me Love”.
Somehow it is actually clear to everyone that chasing after the symbols
(car, house, yacht, etc.),
does not bring the experience you are actually looking for,
certainly not the feeling of true happiness,
true fulfillment and love.
And then still the questions come, why are
you coming back to the north, why are you still working?
sagt immer recht eindringlich:
Bitte sorgt euch darum,
was ihr der Gemeinschaft geben wollt.”
Anyone who understands this will understand that
the children became financially independent quite early on.
But on the basis of a vocation.
Success is the result of..., so the
money will also follow if we pursue our calling.
At Win Win AG, we therefore always refer to
as PurposeFinding.
And so perhaps it also becomes clear why there are people
who do voluntary work and also multi-millionaires,
even billionaires, who like to work from early in the morning until late
in the evening. They live their purpose, they do
what brings them fulfillment, regardless of whether they have money or not.
Warren E. Buffett, one of the richest men in the world,
who we follow in our investment courses,
is someone who works for the joy of what he does.
He increases his company's assets and donates billions.
And in a personal encounter, I was able to convince myself of
his personal modesty.
So not, as is generally the case, what would you do,
if you had money and didn't have to work?
Rather, what would you like to do every day, what
would you like to get up for if you had money?
I have experienced it, this not having to work and
living in great luxury.
But I have seen it in the Bahamas, Marbella and
other places. The so-called dropouts
become alcoholics after two years or start doing
something again.
Life is also a Tu word.
So why am I coming back to work in the north?
Because I want to do life,
because I want to live a fulfilled life.
One vision I am involved in is Winspiration Day.
An international focus day on positivity,
on our potential,
on joie de vivre and the opportunities that
changes in the world always bring.

Thank you!
Back to the myth.
Please don't think I'm against a lot of money.
Far from it. After all, we provide advice to make people
more successful.
But money is only there to make life more comfortable.
It is more comfortable with money.
But money itself does not bring fulfillment,
being a millionaire does not free you from living your purpose
in active activity.
I hope that you find or have already found
the job that you enjoy doing every day,
no matter how much money you have in your bank account.
Sincerely
Wolfgang Sonnenburg
winning for life
