Society 5.0 - to rejoice or fear?

The term "Society 5.0" is cropping up more and more often. What does this mean? Should we be happy, or should we be afraid?

As with many x.0 terms, it is not always entirely clear what is meant, and everyone uses the term differently. The Japanese government, for example, writes here:

One definition: "A human-centered society that balances economic advancement with the resolution of social problems by a system that highly integrates cyberspace and physical space."

And ... what exactly does this mean? Is the world getting better because we are putting people more at the center, or is it getting harder because "artificial intelligence" is destroying jobs and could soon dominate us? Or will our bodies be filled with technical "replacement" parts? Or is it simply that the children born now already have different brain structures?

Lead Future Work Experience, New Impulses for an Absurd Working World, Change Maker, New Work, Transparency - these are all words that are used to describe the 'future'.

Modern marketing requires word "fantasies!" However, life here and now is much simpler. In the long run, only those who have substance to offer, can develop further and adapt to new circumstances, as Charles Darwin described.

You shall know them by their fruits, a man of insight once said. Many consultants, however, hide behind methods.

But it's quite simple. If you look at the world and everything that happens in it from a meta-level, it's so simple. How do we want to live? How do we really want to live? What corresponds to our true nature? What are our true dreams and needs as human beings? Mind you: as a human being, not as a trained citizen, not as a self-constructed persona.

So it's quite simple: does what we do make sense for people? Does the company I work for solve problems for people? Is politics geared more towards serving the people or the "emperor?" A society that increasingly understands that there is only one large human family on this planet behaves differently than someone who believes in "the third world" or even "sub-humans".

The fact that you can materialize great prosperity from the often quoted 'quantum soup' only works if you move away from destruction as a business model and think in terms of more meaningfulness and constructive change. But then it is logical. This creates completely new business models. Today, this is called Reinventing Organizations or, as we say, TEAL (integral) competence.

More profit, but purpose-oriented! More growth, but for the good of the people. More prosperity so that we can focus more consistently on what our real gift is that we want to bring into the world. Where the gift is, there is the task!

OK-I know, God's mills grind slowly. In Millionaire Spirit I already pointed out that so many special designations can hold us back from concrete success. But: even if it is slow, things are still moving forward. Perhaps up and down like a share price, but with an overall upward trend. We will experience a level of prosperity in this century that we have not yet been able to imagine.

Therefore: Prepare yourself well!

We do it for ourselves, for our ventures and are also happy to pass on our knowledge. So far mostly in workshops, soon again in a training course lasting up to 3 years (live meetings, up to 36 live video calls and access to Winsversity - our online university library). We don't want to teach simple methods, we want to teach the skills. This can often take up to 3 years.

That's why we don't just call it coach or consultant training. We want to train real practitioners, real movers. Experts! You should not recognize them by their knowledge. You should recognize them by their fruits, by their results!

Purpose-driven profit becomes purpose-centered profit. Everything should serve the purpose! Not driven, serve! Servant leadership is not entirely new either, but it will become more central and the most successful companies will significantly increase their lead with this advanced leadership. This will require a great deal of personal transformation for managers. Many have to overcome fears, among other things, in order to become genuine and truly free - this is the only way a company can grow indefinitely without - or freed from - limiting egos.

Good times are coming. Surely the term Society 7.0 or something like that is still to come. But let's not get confused by labels. From the inside out, guided by the true intention of getting better every day, being better, doing better.

Rejoice in life! Work because you are alive; work because it brings fulfillment; work because it corresponds to your purpose.

And then life is really g...!
